Inspired by a Spanish food stall that occasionally visits the Chatswood shopping district for world food market day, I love this sandwich for so many reasons!
It’s colourful, it packs a flavour punch, it’s surf and turf on a bread roll, and it will definitely leave your appetite satisfied.
1/2 a small, fresh, white batard (or bread roll), sliced lengthways
6 prawns, cooked, shelled and deveined
2T SSP’s chimichurri
1 chorizo sausage, cooked and sliced
Add SSP’s chimichurri to the prepared prawns and stir to coat evenly.
Arrange the hot, sliced chorizo on the open batard.
Place chimichurri-covered prawns on top of the chorizo.
With your prawn-chorizo-chimichurri roll in one hand, and a nice, cold, crisp beer in the other.
